I studied professional photography for two laborious years at Langara College and received the Professional Photographers' Association of B.C. Scholarship.

I have had the pleasure of volunteering my skills to non-profit organizations in Ghana and Sri Lanka where I documented the impacts of their projects which focus on empowering women and youth.
I have a weird addiction to swimming in ice cold glacier fed lakes and argue that you absolutely must always jump in that lake at the top of a long hike.
I have been rock climbing for 13+ years

I have a pretty brutal fear of heights but also live for moments that challenge my fears.
I thoroughly enjoy growing my own food when possible and take great pleasure in constructing meals based entirely from food in my garden.
